Our people managers had an amazing day with Fresh Air Leadership in May at the beautiful House for an Art Lover in Glasgow.

The team explored their thoughts on leadership methodologies and how to engage with their peers and the wider teams.

The session incorporated both indoor and outdoor activities based on lived experience and collective inquiry into our “big question” for the day:

“As leaders, how do we create an environment in which trust and connection allow us to proactively voice ideas and concerns, commit to decisions, and support and hold one another accountable for delivering our collective best on a consistent basis?”
